Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We are fully insured and take all reasonable care when providing our services. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed prior to service commencement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed time and for disclosing any special requirements or hazards.

If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will investigate and respond promptly.
